OPTION TYPES:
Your two neighborhood schools - brought to you by growcommunityFor ALL Bell students, the neighborhood high schools Lake View High School and Amundsen. Lake View boasts an Early College STEM program in partnership with De Paul University and Microsoft, as well as stellar Fine Arts and Humanities programs. Amundsen has an International Baccalaureate program attracting students from across the city. These are both wonderful option for families who wish North Center to become a true K-12 school community. For more info, check out the GROWcommunity site.

A specialized programThere are many special schools and programs throughout the city to which students can apply directly. These include but are not limited to selective enrollment high schools, IB Programs and Magnet Programs. MOST, but not all, of these special programs are managed by the Office of Access and Enrollment . The resources listed below also have information regarding high schools with special programs. If you have questions about the application process for a specific program and can't find the information online, please contact me directly.

private SchoolMany of our Bell graduates opt for private high schools as they leave our doors each Spring.
